In addition to assigning users Axsy managed package licenses, users will also need to be assigned an appropriate permission set based on their job role.
Axsy Permission Sets: In most cases, a user will either fulfil the job role of a back-office administrator or a field / mobile user role. Accordingly, each Axsy managed package provides two permission sets - one for each role. Axsy permission sets are configured to only access Axsy assigned apps, Axsy objects, Axsy custom fields on standard Salesforce objects and Axsy custom settings to provide a user experience consistent with users job-roles. To review the scope of Axsy permission sets, you may do so via Setup ➞ Users ➞ Permission Sets.

Salesforce Permission Sets: In addition to Axsy permission sets, appropriate Salesforce permission sets - e.g. for Salesforce Field Service, Public Sector Solutions or Consumer Goods Cloud may also need to be assigned to users.
